Das Unternehmen, welches nun fast zehn Jahren besteht, beauftragte ihre individuelle Zukunftsplanung. Angemessen sorgfältig, due diligent, werden die relevanten Informationen aufbereitet. Erwartungen an die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung in deren Branche und auch sonst veröffentlichte Daten werden zur Beurteilung herangezogen. Diese externen Informationen, verbunden mit den unternehmensinternen Erwartungen und deren aktuellen Ressourcen, in der Folge übersetzt in Zahlen, ergibt abgebildete Zukunftsplanung. Derart wird Erfolg geplant.
