Die Woche beginnt mit Businessplan.
Die beiden UnternehmerInnen sind klar am Einstieg in die nächste Phase ihres Unternehmens. Nun arbeiten sie an der Abbildung der erneuerten Ziele und angepassten Strategie, diese zu erreichen. Als Unternehmensberaterin bin ich als Sparring Partner beauftragt. Danach werde ich die Umsetzung in Kalkulation und Liquiditätsplanung und Erfolgsplanung mit meiner Expertise entwickeln.
This week starts with business planning.
The two entrepreneurs are aware that the< are on the edge of a new phase with doing their business. Now they are working together on translating their refreshed goals into a renewed strategy. As management consultant I am the sparring partner in this process. Next step will be to do the calculation and liquidity planning and profit planning where I will actively support with my expertise.
