Das Abenteuer Gründung eines Unternehmens zu beginnen ist immer wieder aufregend. Egal in welcher Branche die Reise sein soll, die Herausforderungen sind vielfältig und in vielen Aspekten überall gleich. Wenn diese Reise zu zweit geplant wird, ist schon die Gesellschaftsform eine Frage, die due dilligence zu analysieren ist. In der Folge ist die strategische und finanzielle Planung ebenso konsequent anzulegen. Diesen Prozess mit externer Expertise zu begleiten ist jedesmal bereichernd für mich als Expertin.
