Die GmbH ist seit einigen Jahren, mit Standort Österreich, am europäischen Markt. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der internationalen Gesellschafterin mit Sitz in der EU funktioniert reibungslos; Die Aufträge sind interessant, die Umsätze passen, meint die Geschäftsführerin. Jetzt geht es um die Zukunftsplanung der österreichischen Gesellschaft. Um das anzugehen wurden im ersten Schritt die Jahresabschlüsse durchgearbeitet. Die Schlüsse daraus sind nun zu besprechen, weiter Unterlagen sind zu besprechen und damit die Basis für den weiteren Prozessschritt, siehe 4 Teilschritte am Weg in erfolgreiche Unternehmenszukunft, zu setzen.
